HDPE reducing tee, also know as HDPE tee reducer, is another type of pipe tee used in HDPE pipeline.

Reducing tee, like all pipe tees, is in the shape of T with two ends of equal size and the third one slightly smaller. In other words, reducing tee is a type of pipe fitting in which the branch port size is smaller than the ports of the run. This type of pipe fitting can also consider size reduction from one of the run ports to the other.


SUNPLAST HDPE reducing tee fittings can be supplied in diameters ranging from 50mm to 800mm in SDR11 & SDR17. The fittings are injection molded type, fabricated by 100% PE100 material, can fully conform to ISO4427-3,EN12201-3, AS/NZS 4129, EN1555, EN ISO15494 standard.

Those PE100 materials are certified as the top raw material by the professional in this vocation. The preferable performance of those materials and their stability establish the high quality station of SUNPLAST HDPE fittings products at all the while.

 

Manufacturing Facilities

SUNPLAST is a ISO9001 certificated manufacturing factory. As a premier manufacturer of HDPE spigot fittings, the factory has introduced advanced production injection machines and test equipment. All product strictly in compliance with national standards and international standards.

 

Till now, there is over 30 sets of injection machines in SUNPLAST workshop, available to manufacture HDPE fittings till 800mm, and annual production capacity reaches 6,000 tons.

* Whats HDPE reducing Tee? Where does it use for?

A: HDPE reducing tee, also called HDPE tee reducer, another type of pipe tee used in pipe and tube fittings. Pipe Tees are available two popular forms—have all outlets of the same size or they can be reducing tees in which they are with a combination of different outlet sizes.

* What SDR rating of HDPE fittings can SUNPLAST provide?

A: Currently, SUNPLAST can provide HDPE fittings in SDR11-PN16 & SDR17-PN10.

 

* Which SDR rating of HDPE fittings can we take for the HDPE pipe in SDR21-PN8, SDR26-PN6 & SDR33-PN5?

A: Both our fittings in SDR11-PN16 & SDR17-PN10 can work. But, consider the costs, we recommend to use the poly fittings in SDR17-PN10.

 

* Whats the warranty can SUNPLAST provide?

A: All our HDPE fittings are made of virgin PE100 material, and are designed for 50 years lifetime. SUNPLAST will provide a warranty time in quality of 10 years for regular use.
